Who is responsible

Relay09 is a service of SecureForge, operated by Gildas Seimbille, Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: gseimbille@secureforge.ch.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the email address you give us and, if you fill them in, your company, role, the use cases you selected and your message. We also record the date of your request and the consent you gave. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.

Why

Only to contact you about Relay09: launch, early access and pricing. We do not sell or share your details for marketing by others.

Where it is stored

This site and the early-access list run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and D1). Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland, under the safeguards described in its data processing terms. Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long

Until the end of the early-access phase and at most 24 months, unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above.
