SIA DC-09 bridge, hosted in Switzerland

Connect any system to any alarm receiving centre.

Turn webhooks from cameras, video analytics and access control into SIA DC-09 events, with a temporary video verification link. Or receive DC-09 from alarm panels and forward it by webhook, email or SMS. No hardware, set up in minutes.

Launching soon. Free tier, no credit card. Contact-ID and SIA codes supported.

Use cases

Four bridges. One event model.

Every source is mapped to a normalized event, then delivered where it needs to go. Pick a bridge, paste a URL or a key, done.

Webhook to DC-09

Send any HTTP webhook and dispatch it to a monitoring station as Contact-ID or SIA, with an optional attachment or verification URL.

POST → ADM-CID / SIA-DCS

DC-09 to webhook, email, SMS

Point your alarm panel or transmitter at our cloud receiver. Events land in your app, your inbox or on your phone.

TCP/UDP receiver → HTTPS · SMTP · SMS

Video AI to DC-09

Eagle Eye Analytics and Verkada AI alerts become alarm events, each with a short-lived link to the clip for the operator.

EEN · Verkada → SIA + video link

Access control to DC-09

Brivo Access events such as door forced, door held open or access denied, mapped to the right alarm codes.

Brivo → Contact-ID / SIA

Video verification

The operator sees the clip. Nobody keeps it.

Each alarm carries a short, signed link sized for the DC-09 frame. When the operator opens it, the clip is fetched live from your video platform with your credentials, then discarded.

  • Expiring linksLifetime set per bridge, from minutes to days.
  • Signed and proxiedYour camera platform is never exposed to the ARC.
  • Access logEvery view recorded: when, from where, for which event.

How it works

Live in three steps.

  1. 01Create a bridgeChoose the source and the destination. You get a webhook URL or a receiver address with its own AES key.
  2. 02Map your eventsStart from ready-made mappings to Contact-ID and SIA codes, adjust account, zone and partition.
  3. 03Test and go liveSend a test event, watch the ACK come back from the receiver, then switch on.
